Returns & Replacements

At BlueTarps.com we got your back! If you receive an item that contains a manufacturer defect, contact us within 30 days for a return and/or replacement. Defective merchandise does not include damage due to acts of nature, negligence, improper or general use. Tarps must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Opened or used tarps not in the original packaging will not be eligible for a return or refund.

First step, contact us for a return authorization. Please note, we do not provide return labels, customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Next, visit your neighborhood UPS or FedEx store to ship your return back to us.

*** Due to increasing demand for hurricane / storm tarps, all bulk orders are considered FINAL SALE with no returns or refunds. Please order accordingly. ***

Things to know:

  • A Return authorization must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Items sent back WITHOUT a return authorization number will not be processed and refunded
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Items must be new/unused in original box and packaging
  • Include all original product packaging, documents, tarp inserts, packing slips
  • Custom discounted and closeout products are non-returnable / non-refundable / final sale
  • We do not charge any restocking fees for returned goods
  • Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed and refunded back to the original payment method used
  • All returns are subject to a review and approval process
  • BlueTarps.com reserves the right to refuse any return or refund

Order Cancellations

Orders are shipped out fast! We typically ship orders the same business day for items in stock. Therefore we cannot cancel or edit an order once it has been processed. If you need to change or edit your order, please contact us within 1 hour after placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. We will ask you to email pictures of the damaged item or incorrect item. We will replace the item and ship it to you at no additional charge.


We take it a step further with our Tarp Replacement Program!

If your tarp undergoes any harsh conditions, send us photos of your damaged tarp and you may qualify for a replacement tarp. See below for our replacement policies.

* Please note, tarps are meant to be temporary and not a permanent fix.

Up to 2 Months

If your tarp gets damaged within 2 months from your order date, you may receive a FREE one time tarp replacement at no cost to you.

2 to 5 Months

If your tarp gets damaged within 2-5 months from your order date, you may receive a one time tarp replacement, all you pay is shipping and handling.

5 to 6 Months

If your tarp gets damaged within 5-6 months from your order date, we will review your claim on a case by case basis.

For all replacement claims, please include:

  • Contact information
  • Order number
  • Description of defect/damage
  • Photos showing area of concern

* All returns and replacement requests are subject to a review and approval process. BlueTarps.com reserves the right to refuse any replacement claim or refund.

** BlueTarps.com is not responsible for any damage to personal property and/or equipment due to general use or improper/prolonged use of our products.

Refunds will only be credited to the payment method used in the original transaction.
